• Be respectful of others and their privacy.

• No cleaning fish in or around the cabins. We do have a plant available and offer processing, vacuum packing, freezing and shipping for a minimal fee.

• No open flames in the cabins (candles, incense, etc.).

• No pets in the cabins.

• No smoking in the cabins.

• Any damaged or missing items will be billed to your account.

• For your safety and for the integrity of the bluff, everyone is required to stay off the bluffs, no climbing on the bluffs.

Cancellation Policy

 

To get a full refund on your deposit you must cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your scheduled check in date. All refunds are issued in the form of a company check. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be taken from any deposit should a refund be issued.

• 60 days prior to arrival there is a 95% refund.

• 30 days prior to arrival there is a 75% refund.

• 15 days prior to arrival there is a 50% refund.

 

* Within 15 days of arrival or no show there is NO REFUND.

* All pricing is in US Dollars. All refunds are issued in the form of a company check.
