Alaska Sunset Cabin Policies

To get a full refund on your deposit you must cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your scheduled check in date. All refunds are issued in the form of a company check. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be taken from any deposit should a refund be issued.

Be respectful of others and their privacy.

No cleaning fish in or around the cabins. We do have a plant available and offer processing, vacuum packing, freezing and shipping for a minimal fee.

No open flames in the cabins (candles, incense, etc.).

No pets in the cabins.

No smoking in the cabins.

Any damaged or missing items will be billed to your account.

For your safety and for the integrity of the bluff, everyone is required to stay off the bluffs, no climbing on the bluffs.
